Located in the Arrayanes urbanization on a plot of 1200 m² with a high elevation in the center that favors the location of the parking in the basement and that will allow the house to "float". The east, with superb views of the golf course, enhances and captures this panoramic landscape in the most important rooms of the house.

The proposal is for 3 volumes:

VOLUME NORTH
The basement houses 2 parking spaces, storage room, utility closet, stairs and elevator. On the first floor is designed the kitchen that serves the dining room, grill area and open covered space and in turn has access through the laundry to the side retreat that shares circulation with the bathroom and bedroom service, located in front, as well as the social bathroom and workshop but are facing and connected to the distributor. The upper floor is destined exclusively to the master bedroom overlooking the golf course, a covered terrace invites you to enjoy the scenery from the outside.

CENTRAL VOLUME
It is a double-height glazed box from where you can enjoy the unbeatable views. It houses the distributor, the living room and the dining room. In order to achieve privacy towards the street, an exterior shutter that sifts and creates shadows during the sun's path is proposed.

VOLUME SOUTH
The first floor is intended for the study and dressing room / bathroom of the wet area that houses a subtly hidden whirlpool and not to duplicate spaces share the bathroom when the office is used as a guest bedroom, also arises in the front a secondary bedroom. Upstairs is designed another secondary bedroom overlooking the golf course and the family room to the street.

It is a house whose design invites you to enjoy the sun and the garden, where the golf course will become an extension of it and for weekend activities, a large open covered space is created without columns so as not to interrupt the perspective, thanks to the perpendicular beams with negatives that arise from the center of the house. A unique house where good sensations, quality and comfort are guaranteed.
