This 320 m2 house emerges on a steep hillside in stark contrast to the Costa Brava's woodland.

The parking lot sits on a plinth excavated in the mountain where the entrance to the plot, the utility room and the stairs to the house are located.

A first level houses a partially covered platform to protect the laundry, grill, outdoor dining area and part of the pool; the guest area with large windows has direct access to the recreational area.

The second level and main body of the house is accessed by exterior stairs, where the social area is contained in a volume independent from the rest of the house that floats above the pool and outdoor dining area, with a transparent walkway at the front with a sharp angle to capture the wonderful views with the sea in the background through the floor and the large windows on both sides. The intimate area is subtly separated by the exit to the back garden and joined at the front by a large outdoor terrace.

The white volume is a light prism of dynamic form that seems to take off contrasting with the green of this dramatic pine forest landscape.
