On a plot of land with a steep negative slope overlooking the golf course and sea in the luxurious urbanization La Reserva Golf Villas in Costa Jama this holiday home is proposed on 3 levels where the middle floor will be the family meeting point between the parents located on the top floor and the 3 daughters and their families on the lower floor.

The street level corresponds to the upper floor; it houses 2 covered parking spaces and the master bedroom with bathroom, dressing room and a generous terrace partly embraced by a wall in order not to expose the view to the bathroom. The main floor is a diaphanous space destined to the social area with open kitchen and exit to the terrace; as a limit of this level is proposed the borderless pool that joins with the sea and serves as natural air conditioning by lowering the temperature due to the humidity it generates.

On the basement floor, a versatile space is designed as a prelude to the 3 suites for the daughters and their families.

The result is a unique white house inspired by the popular architecture of the fishing villages, but with a logical, optimized and specific distribution; where all the rooms are flooded with light, wonderful views and thanks to the performance of cutting-edge materials, users can enjoy the highest level of comfort.
